生肌玉红膏促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床观察

为探讨生肌玉红膏对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响，本研究将120例患者随机分成两组，各60例，两组均于术后第1天起以自制痔疮止痛浸膏溶液坐浴清洗创面，再以碘伏棉球消毒，自制消炎栓纳肛，最后分别用自制生肌玉红膏纱条（观察组）和生理盐水纱条（对照组）覆盖创面，无菌敷料包扎，每日2次；换药后两组均行局部红外线微波理疗。结果显示，观察组创面愈合时间（12．3±2．4）d]明显短于对照组（15．6±4．2）d]，t=2．93，P〈0．05；观察组术后第7、10、13、15、19天创面愈合率均明显高于对照组，P〈0．01；观察组肉芽组织增生较对照组活跃，且渗出及分泌物少。结果表明，生肌玉红膏可以促进肛瘘术后创面愈合。

Clinical Observation on the Wound Healing Efficacy of ShengJiYuHong Ointment after Surgical Operation of Anal Fistula

The objective of this study was to explore the effect of ShenJiYuHong ointment on wound healing. One hundred and twenty patients who had undergone anal fistula operations were randomized into two groups（ n =60 in each group） and all of them from oneday after operation received sitz bath of self-made herbal decoction（analgesia extract solution） and povidone iodine cotton ball for disinfection before applying ShengJiYuHong ointment on the surgical wound （the study group） and normal saline gauze（the control group） ,dressing was changed twice a day and used infrared ray microwave physical therapy after changing dress for two groups. As results, the wound healing time in the study group was （12.3 ±2.4）days, while that in the control group was （15.6± 4.2）days（ t =2.93, P 〈0.05） ;the wound healing rate on the 7th, 10th,13th,15th and 19th day was higher in the study group than in the control group（ P 〈0.01）;and the granulation tissue growth was more active and the exudate and secretion was less in the study group. It is concluded that ointment can promote healing of wound after surgical operation of anal fistula.
