仲景对病的规范不是规定脉证，而是从脉证的病机意义实现对病的规范。病病机具体要素的核心构成决定病的基本属性，是疾病分类的依据；而要素关系则反映具体疾病的本质特点和一般的证候规律。病病机的对象界有大小之分，有包含与被包含之别，有彼此传变之系，是病在一定时间、空间纵过程的相对稳态，通过证候病机反映出来。把握病痛机有利于引导临床辨证向证候病机运动和预测疾病的传变趋向。

Probe into the Pathogenesis of Diseases of Six Meridians (Serial)

Zhang Zhongjing standardized diseases not through specification of pulse condition and syndrome but pathogenesis of pulse condition and syndrome. The core condition of specific elements of diseases pathogensis determines the elementary nature of a disease, which is the basis of disease classification, while the element relationship relects the nature and general syndrome principle of a specific disease. The pathogenesis object has the division of the size, containing and being contained, the relation ship of transmission to each other. It is a relative steady state at the certain time and certain space of a disease. To understand the diseases pathogenesis is useful for the instruction of clinic differentiation of syndrome to the syndrome pathogenesis and forecast of the transmission tendency of diseases.
