| 摘 要： | 目的分析探讨高龄重型颅脑损伤患者急救和护理对策。方法对我科2010年1月至2012年6月急救的80例高龄重型颅脑损伤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果65例高龄重型颅脑损伤患者被抢救成功，抢救成功率是81．25％，另外15例高龄重型颅脑损伤患者抢救无效死亡，病死率是18．75％。结论对高龄重型颅脑损伤患者实施及时有效的急救和护理措施，能够提高抢救成功率，减少患者伤残和死亡，降低并发症发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore emergency treatment and nursing strategies for elderly patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods The clinical data on 80 elderly patients with severe craniocerebral trauma who had received emergency treatment during the period of January 2010 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 65 patients were successfully saved, with a rate of 81.25%, and the rest 15 patients were dead, with a mortality rate of 18.75%. Conclusions Timely and effective emergency treatment and nursing measures for elderly patients with severe craniocerebral trauma can improve the success rate of treatment, reduce the death rate and disability, and lower the incidence of complications. |
