摘    要:目的:优选黄肝煎液的提取工艺。方法:采用L(933)正交试验,以绿原酸含量为定量指标,乙醇浓度、乙醇量以及提取时间作为考察因素优选黄肝煎液的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度70%,乙醇量分别为6、5倍,提取时间为60、45min。结论:该提取工艺合理、简单、可行,可为大生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Huanggan decoction. METHODS: The extraction technology of Huanggan decoction was optimized by L9(33) orthogonal design with the concentration of alcohol, the amount of solvent and the extraction time as factors taking the contents of chlorogenic acid as indexes. RESULTS: The optimal extraction process was as follows: adding six and five-fold of 70% alcohol, extracting for 60 min and 45 min. CONCLUSION: The extraction technology has been proved to be reasonable, simple and feasible, and it provides theory evidence for production.
