护肝颗粒对抗结核药物肝损伤的保护作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究护肝颗粒对抗结核药物肝损伤的保护作用。方法:以利福平(RFP)和异烟肼(INH)联合制备抗结核药物致小鼠肝损伤模型,通过测定小鼠体质量变化、肝肾指数、血清和肝匀浆生化指标及观察病理切片,研究其药理作用。结果:护肝颗粒在0.82、2.6、8.2g·kg-1剂量下给药对抗结核药物引起的急性肝损伤有显著的抑制作用,还可减轻小鼠肝脏病理损害,减少炎性细胞,对受损肝细胞起到良好的保护作用。结论:护肝颗粒对抗结核药物引起的肝损伤具有较显著的保护作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the protection effect of hugan granule on liver injury caused by antitubercular agent. METHODS: Mice liver injury model was induced by rifampicin (RFP) combined with isoniazid (INH). The pharmacological action of Hugan granule was studied by determining body weight of mice, the index of liver and kidney, the biochemical index in serum and in liver homogenate, and observing of pathological slices. RESULTS : Hugan granule 0.82 g·kg^-1, 2.6 g·kg^-1 and 8.2 g·kg^-1 had markedly inhibition effect on antitubercular agent-induced acute liver injury. And it could lighten the pathologic injury of liver tissue, decrease the inflammatory cells and protect the injured liver cell. CONCLUSION: Hugan granule has obvious protective effect on antitubercular agent-induced liver injury.
