建立完善的中西医结合基础理论体系是中西医结合发展的关键

以当今医学所处的时代（是实验医学向整体医学、生物医学模式向生物心理社会医学模式转变的过渡时期）为背景，从医学体系形成与发展的角度，分析我国中西医结合研究的现状，认为目前的中西医结合基础理论体系存在重大缺陷，尚未建立起属于自己的独立的理论体系，以致造成中西医结合工作停滞不前的局面，而这又使相当一部分中西医结合工作者产生悲观失望情绪，认识不到中西医结合医学将成为未来医学发展的唯一模式。因此，建立完善的中西医结合基础理论体系是中西医结合发展的关系。

Establishing a S o und Theoretical System of Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine Being the Key to Its Development

In the current times in which the experimental medicine is transiting to holistic medicine,and biomedical mode is transiting to biopsychosocial mode,this paper analyzes the present situations of the integration of Chinese and western medicines from the viewpoint of the formation and evolution of medical system.It is argued that the current theoretical system has many defects.Strictly speaking,no distinct theoretical system has been established yet.These not only delay the study on the integration of Chinese and western medicine,but also disappoint some medical staffs,who does not realize that the integration of Chinese and western medicine is the only medical method in the future.Therefore,establishing a sound theoretical system of integration of Chinese and western medicine is the key to its development.
