夹脊电针治疗对大鼠神经根型颈椎病模型丘脑痛感区FOS蛋白及脊髓背角COX-2蛋白含量的影响

摘    要:目的观察夹脊电针对神经根型颈椎病模型大鼠丘脑痛感区FOS蛋白及脊髓背角COX-2蛋白含量的影响。方法取成年Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为健康对照组、模型对照组、手针对照组和电针治疗组。采用手术方法将浸有甲醛的定量滤纸片放在颈6-7神经根肩上,导致颈神经根的炎症,从而造成大鼠的神经根型颈椎病模型。电针治疗组予以夹脊电针治疗,治疗3周后处死,检测大鼠丘脑痛感区FOS蛋白及脊髓背角COX-2蛋白的表达,观察夹脊电针对FOS蛋白及COX-2蛋白表达的影响。结果电针治疗组大鼠丘脑痛感区FOS蛋白及脊髓背角COX-2蛋白含量表达较模型对照组相比(0.1581±0.0261vs0.2239±0.0419,0.1859±0.0254vs0.2501±0.0379),具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论夹脊电针治疗能降低神经根型颈椎病大鼠丘脑痛感区FOS蛋白及脊髓背角COX-2蛋白的表达,对神经根组织具有保护作用。
