伊利替康联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及安全性分析

目的 观察伊利替康联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效,并分析其安全性.方法 2008年6月～2010年6月,对64例非小细胞肺癌患者采用伊利替康联合顺铂治疗,观察其治疗疗效和不良反应情况.结果 64例非小细胞肺癌治疗的总有效率为34.4％.发生的主要不良反应为粒细胞减少、恶心呕吐、腹泻和脱发,其发生率分别为51.6％ (33/64)、41.2％ (27/64)、45.3％ (29/64)和32.8％ (21/64).结论 伊利替康联合顺铂对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者进行治疗,疗效可靠,具有较好的耐受性,可以作为治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的良好选择.

The effect and safety analysis of irinotecancombined with cisplatinin treatment with advancednon-smallcell lung cancer

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of irinotecan combined with cisplatinin treatment with advancednon-smallcell lung cancer,and analyze its safety.METHODS From June 2008 to June 2010,64 cases with advancednon-smallcell lung cancer were treated with irinotecan combined with cisplatin.The effect and adverse reaction were observed.RESULTS Of 64 cases with advancednon-smallcell lung cancer patients,the total effective rate was 34.4%.The main adverse reactions were neutropenia,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea andhair loss,which the incidence were 51.6%(33/64),41.2%(27/64),45.3%(29/64)and 32.8%(21/64),respectively.CONCLUSION Irinotecan combined with cisplatin treatment with advanced non-small cell lung cancer has an effective effect,good tolerance,which can be as the treatment choice for treating advancednon-smallcell lung cancer.
