唐山市居民糖尿病患病情况调查

目的　调查唐山地区居民糖尿病的流行特点.方法　采用整群随机抽样调查的方法,通过问卷及检测空腹血糖对研究对象进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析.结果 唐山市居民糖尿病患病率为6.15％.男性患病率为5.40％,女性患病率为6.73％,不同性别人群糖尿病的患病率差异无统计学意义(x2=1.747,P＞0.05).不同年龄段居民的糖尿病患病率差异有统计学意义(x2=30.701,P＜0.05),70岁以上居民患病率为9.54％,30岁以下居民患病率为0.50％.城市居民患病率为7.10％,乡镇居民患病率为4.92％,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.612,P＜0.05).文化水平越高患病率越低,差异有统计学意义(x2=14.117,P＜0.05).体重过低人群患病率3.73％,肥胖人群患病率9.61％,差异有统计学意义.结论 不同年龄、地区、文化水平、体重指标人群糖尿病的患病率不同,应根据不同人群特点开展糖尿病防控工作.

Epidemiological survey of diabetes mellitus among Tangshan residents

OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence,epidemiological characteristics of diabetes mellitus(DM)in Tangshan.METHODS By a stratified cluster sampling,the questionnaire was carried out to investigate prevalence status of diabetes mellitus by means of fasting plasma glucose,statistic analysis was performed to the investigation result.RESULTS 6.15% of residents had diabetes mellitus.Prevalence rate for male and female were 5.40% and 6.73%,respectively.The prevalence of different sex did not show a statistical significance(χ2 = 1.747,P﹥0.05).The prevalence of diabetes among residents above 70 years old was 9.54%,under 30 years was 0.50%.The prevalence of different age showed a statistical significance(χ2 = 30.701,P﹤0.05).The prevalence of diabetes for city residents and rural residents was 7.10% and 4.92%,respectively.The prevalence of different area showed a statistical significance(χ2 = 4.612,P﹤0.05).Significant different analysis was found in educational level(χ2 = 14.117,P﹤0.05),the higher educational level with,the lower prevalence of diabetes had.Prevalence rate for low weight residents and obese residents was 3.73% and 9.61%,respectively.The prevalence of different sex showed a statistical significance.CONCLUSION The prevalence status of diabetes mellitus shows different among age,area,educational level and body mass index among Tangshan residents.It is necessary to take effective methods to prevent and control diabetes mellitus in terms of the demographic characteristics.
