| 摘 要： | 用射线理论对半导体激光器与球端面光纤耦合光路作了计算和分析.对大功率半导体激光器与三种不同直径球端面光纤耦合界面的防烧蚀进行了实验研究.实验结果表明,大功率半导体激光器对光纤的烧蚀主要集中在粘接剂区,且大直径的球端面光纤能有效地减小烧蚀对系统耦合效率的影响.

| Abstract: | The coupling optical path is computed and analyzed with ray-tracing theory.A study for laser ablation at coupling interface of high-power LD and optical fiber is conducted with three different fibers.The experiment proves that the laser ablation mostly takes place in the binder region and bears a consanguineous relation with the diameter of the fiber's sphere-end. |
