摘    要:为综合评价多年冻土区片石路基工程措施效果,以青海柴木铁路为例,通过分析筛选多年冻土区片石路基工程措施效果评价因子,给出各评价指标的层次结构,建立综合评价模型,确定工程效果评价分级标准与评价因子权重,采用模糊数学方法对柴木铁路多年冻土区片石路基工程措施效果进行评价,评价结果显示:柴木铁路多年冻土地区片石路基工程效果评价结果为较好状态的占86.1%,处于一般状态的比例为7.5%,处于较差状态的为6.4%,没有处于良好状态的路段.结合试验断面测温资料,采用模糊方法的评价结果与野外实际观测结果基本相符,说明此方法可运用于多年冻土区片石路基工程措施效果评价中.

Fuzzy evaluation of the effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions along the Chaidaer-Muli Railway in Qinghai Province
Abstract:This article is aimed to comprehensively evaluate the effect of rubble roadbed in permafrost regions. The Chaidaer-Muli Railway is taken as a case to analyze and evaluate.The evaluation factors are also selected to assess the effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions.A hierarchical structure model is thus estab-lished based on the selected evaluation indices.The grading standards and weights of each evaluation factor are determined.Then,the fuzzy mathematical method is introduced to evaluate the effect of rubble roadbed engi-neering in permafrost regions.The evaluation results show that most of the rubble roadbed in the permafrost regions along the Chaidaer-Muli Railway,accounting for 86 .1%,is in better condition;there is 7 .5% of the railway in general state and 6 .4% of the railway in poor state,and no railway is found in good state.The ground-temperature profiles also measured through the monitoring thermometry-holes at the same time.The fuzzy evaluation results are basically consistent with field measurements.This means that the fuzzy evaluation method can be applied to evaluate the effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions.
