中国生猪生产与粮食生产关系的变迁

对中国生猪生产50多年发展情况和粮食生产情况进行比较,发现20世纪80年代以前生猪生产的波动曲线和粮食生产的波动曲线极其相似,说明生猪生产与粮食产量有极大的正相关性;20世纪80年代以后,生猪生产的波动曲线和粮食生产的波动曲线发生偏差,具体是生猪生产的增长速度快于粮食生产的增长速度。说明前期粮食占绝对的主导地位,而后期粮食是基础,其它原因如政府职能的转变、科技进步的贡献、市场机制的引入等对生猪生产的影响起到了很大的作用。所以在抓住饲料粮生产的同时,要做好其它的配套措施。

Changes of the Relationship between Live Pig Production and Grain Production in China

This paper compared China's development of live pig production with grain production in the past more than 50 years.Discovery: the fluctuation curves about live pig production and grain production are very similar to each other before 1980s. That means there are some relationship between live pig production and grain production.There is the deviation between the live pig production's curve and the grain production's curve appeared after 1980s.Further speaking is that the growth speed of live pig production is faster than that of grain production.That indicates that grain has a absolutely high position in earlier stage,but the grain becomes a base in late stage,at the same time,the transition of government function,the contribution of technology and science,the entrance of market and so on,make a great effect on live pig production.As a result,when the grain production is engaged,the appropriate measures should be taken.
