摘    要:作为智能电网建设的内容之一,智能自动电压控制(smart AVC)面临着同样的建设需要。电网智能AVC系统(S10)在对电压安全、经济和优质的多目标协调控制下,用于在线电压无功优化分析计算与闭环控制。S10系统已在泸州电网投入使用。该系统通过对电网的数据采集分析,智能生成并执行相应的控制策略,满足泸州地区电压无功在线实时控制的需要。S10系统提高了电压合格率又降低网损,大幅度减少有载调压变压器的分接头调节次数,在电网的无功潮流优化、数据信息配置、故障智能分析等方面均取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:The construction of smart automatic voltage control(smart AVC) is necessary as part of smart grid construction.The Smart AVC(S10),which provides coordinated control for secure,economic and high quality voltage supply,is used to analyze online voltage reactive power optimization problem and perform closed loop control.S10 system has come into use in the Luzhou power grid.The system is smart enough to generate and execute the appropriate control strategy from data acquisition and analysis.It fully meets the need of Luzhou’s online voltage and reactive control.S10 system can increase the voltage qualification rate and reduce line loss,significantly reduce the regulating times of load tap changing transformers.It achieved good results in different areas including optimal reactive power flow,data information configuration and intelligent fault analysis.
