| 摘 要： | 现代社会在科技进步和经济飞速发展的同时。人们赖以生存的环境遭到了严重的破坏。作为对人类社会最有影响力的信息和通信技术（ICT），其广泛应用可以间接减少环境影响。同时，ICT产业通过技术的不断完善。其设备能耗也会大大降低。此外，通过ICT系统可以监测和管理周围的环境和设备。同样可以起到环保的作用。

| Abstract: | In the modem world, Science ＆ Technology gets advancement, Economic gets speedy development and meanwhile the environment that we depend on to live get destroyed. As the most influential technology in the human society, Information and Communication Technology（ICT）eould mitigate the environmental impact through its broad applications. At the same time, the energy consumption of ICT devices could greatly reduced with the continuous improvement of ICT. Besides , by application in the detection and monitoring field, it could also help to protect the environment. |
