摘    要:IEC标准将无源滤波器和并联电容器的应用搁在一起讨论,因为滤波器无沦失谐或调谐也都有补偿功能。本文介绍了滤波器的相对电抗值X%的选择,以及X%和滤波器外部性能的关系,并深入讨论了如何根据不同场合分别选用并联电容器、失谐滤波器或调谐滤波器的问题,也再次讨论了滤波器参数和工程设计的关系,最后讨论了如何协调谐波和无功的补偿功能。

Abstract:IEC standard discusses together with passive filter and parallel capacitor because the filter has compensation function regardless of its tuning and mistuning. This article introduces the selection of relative reactor value of filter X% and its relation to external performance of filter. The selection among parallel capacitor, dissonances filter and assonance filter based on the environment are discussed deeply. The relation between filter parameter and engineering design are once more discussed. Finally, how to coordinate the functions of harmonics and reactive power compensation is argued.
