| Abstract: | The recent progress in asymmetric total synthesis of (S)-camptothecin was reviewed by classifying the method of inserting the asymmetric center at position 20, including resolution method, asymmetric induction method, asymmetric oxidation method and enzyme-catalyzed resolution. |
