摘    要:电磁搅拌技术是提高铸坯内部质量,扩大可浇品种的有效手段。为了解决3号板坯连铸机二冷区电磁搅拌改造前C级品率仅为45.48%、中心疏松比例为14.72%的质量问题,实施电磁搅拌智能控制系统,在拉速、中间包温度、钢种等工艺条件变化时利用电流实时波动形成振荡磁场,同时通过钢水纯净度、辊缝精度、窄温度窄成分控制等手段实现工艺的全面优化。研究结果表明,C级品率由原来的45.48%提升到100%,中心疏松比例由原来的14.72%降为0,钢板探伤合格率由95%提高到99.80%以上,达到装备轻压下铸机的铸坯质量控制水平。

Abstract:Electromagnetic stirring is an effective way to improve the internal quality of slab and expand the production variety. In order to solve the quality problems that the ratio of C-grade products was only 45.48% and the proportion of central porosity was 14.72% before electromagnetic stirring in the secondary cooling zone of No.3 slab caster, the intelligent control system of electromagnetic stirring was implemented. When the technological conditions such as drawing speed, tundish temperature and steel grade changed, the oscillating magnetic field was formed by the current fluctuation in real time. At the same time, the process is optimized comprehensively by means of molten steel purity, roll gap precision, narrow temperature and narrow composition control.The results show that the ratio of C-grade increases from 45.48% to 100%, the proportion of center porosity decreases from 14.72% to 0, and the pass rate of steel plate flaw detection increases from 95% to more than 99.80%, reaching the quality control level of billet equipped with soft reduction casting machine.
