降钙素原在脓毒症致急性肾损伤中的临床价值

目的观察降钙素原(PCT)在脓毒症致急性肾损伤中的临床价值。方法选择脓毒症致急性肾损伤患者45例作为观察组,另选同期门诊健康体检者45例作为对照组,比较2组血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、PCT和急性生理学及慢性健康状况评价(APACHEⅡ)评分情况,分析PCT与Scr、BUN和APACHEⅡ评分的相关性。结果观察组Scr、BUN、PCT和APACHEⅡ评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组PCT与Scr、BUN和APACHEⅡ评分均呈正相关(P<0.05),对照组正常健康人PCT与Scr、BUN和APACHEⅡ评分无相关(P>0.05)。结论血清PCT用于评估脓毒症致急性肾损伤病情及预后,其水平越高意味病情越重,预后越差。

Clinical value of procalcitonin in acute kidney injury induced by sepsis

Objective To observe the clinical value of procalcitonin（PCT） in acute kidney injury induced by sepsis. Methods Select 45 cases patients with acute kidney injury induced by sepsis as observation group, and select 45 cases healthy individuals of outpatient medical examination as control group. Compared the srum creatinine（Ser） ,blood urea nitrogen （ BUN）, PCT, and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation （ APACHE Ⅱ ） score of 2 group, analysis of the correlation of PCT and Scr, BUN and APACHE Ⅱ score. Results The level of Scr,BUN, PCT and APACHE Ⅱ of observation group were higher than that of control group（P 〈0.05）. The PCT of observation group and Scr,BUN and APACHE Ⅱ were positively cor related （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The PCT of control group and Scr, BUN and APACHE Ⅱ were no correlated （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The PCT of serum can used to estimate the illness and prognosis, the higher level of PCT, the severity of the illness, the worse the prognosis.
