摘    要:中新天津生态城海绵城市建设过程中,存在下垫面硬化严重、水资源短缺、雨水径流污染、管理制度不完善等问题。以临海新城建设为例,项目采用透水铺装、雨水桶、下凹式绿地、雨水花园等海绵设施,通过模拟分析,年径流总量控制率达标,实现雨水资源回收利用,降低径流污染。海绵城市建设实施后,天津生态城雨水年均收集近300万m^3,可节约1 500万元,经济效益巨大。通过加强过程管理,保证了项目海绵设施按图施工。

Abstract:There are problems such as severe hardening of the underlying surface,water shortage, rainwater runoff pollution,imperfect management system in the construction of sponge city of Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City.The New Coastal City is selected as a case to introduce.The project uses sponge facilities including permeable paving,rain bucket,recessed green space and rain garden.Through simulation analysis,the annual runoff total control rate is up to standard,the rainwater resources are recycled and the runoff pollution is reduced.Rainwater is collected nearly 3 million tons per year,which can save up to 15 million RMB and has huge economic benefits. Strengthen process management to ensure that the project sponge facilities are constructed according to the drawings.
