摘    要:在对无源式建筑外窗导热损耗机理研究基础上,从热对流、热辐射、热传导三方面进行现场监测分析。得出:采取真空玻璃或者中间层注入惰性气体的玻璃,对外窗热对流损耗有显著降低;在外窗玻璃上采取适当工艺镀膜可以大大减少热辐射产生的损耗;在外窗框选材和构造上设置断桥可以避免或减少热传导。最后,依托中德生态园被动房体验中心与普通建筑外窗的热损耗对比试验,得到本文提出的建筑外窗能耗降低方案是可行的,具有一定的理论指导意义和实践推广价值。

Abstract:Based on the research on heat conduction loss mechanism of passive architecture external windows,the paper analyzes and tests it from three aspects:heat convection,heat radiation and heat conduction. It is concluded that the heat convection loss of the external window can be greatly reduced by using vacuum glass or the glass with inert gas injected in the middle layer. The loss caused by heat radiation can be greatly reduced by adopting proper coating on the external window glass. Heat conduction can be avoided or reduced by means of material selection and construction of broken bridges on external window frames. Finally,based on the comparative experiment of heat loss between the Sino-German Ecological Park Passive Room Experience Center and the external window of ordinary buildings,proves the energy consumption reduction scheme of the building external window proposed in this paper is feasible and has certain theoretical guiding significance and practical promotion value.
