摘    要:未来天然石墨将越来越广泛地被应用到高新技术领域,成为支撑高新技术发展的重要战略资源.本文全面分析、总结了东北地区天然石墨资源的特点,预测了现有资源量,结合世界石墨行业现状及中国石墨行业的实际,提出若干可持续发展东北石墨矿产资源的对策建议;指出东北地区石墨矿产资源的主要特点是:规模大,储量多,质量好,矿床空间分布相对集中,露天开采,综合利用价值大;提出科学利用和保护天然石墨资源,开发深加工技术和发展高端产品的对策.

Abstract:Natural graphite is increasingly used in high-technology field,and will be a kind of important strategic resources to support high-tech development in the future.Based on related fundamental data,this paper analyzes the characteristics of graphite in Northeast China and predicts the reserves.With a review to the present situation of the graphite industry in China as well as the rest of the world,the authors put forward some measures about sustainable utilization of graphite resources in Northeast China.It is concluded that the graphite resources in Northeast China is characterized by large scale,great reserves and high quality,with concentrated distribution.Therefore this nonmetal mineral is suitable for surface mining,with high utilization value.It is suggested that scientific utilization and protection should be carried out,with deep processing and development of high-end products.
