西方人性假设视角下管理理论的演变

摘    要:纵观管理学的发展历程,每一种新的管理理论都以相应的人性假设为基础。随着经济社会和管理环境的发展变化,人们在各个阶段都自发或自觉地形成了关于人性的基本假设,与之相适应。人们的核心管理思想和具体的管理模式也不断发生了相应的变革。从西方人性假设角度出发。探讨建立在不同人性假设下的管理理论的演变规律,是构建适宜我国经济社会发展需要的管理模式的一个指导原则和根本出发点。

Abstract:Throughout the course of development, each new management theory is based on the humanity hypothesis. With the development of the economy and society and changes of management environment, people spontaneously firms the humanity hypothesis in different times. Adapting with it, people's management ideas and specific mode of management is correspondingly changed. In the view of western humanity hypothesis, probing into the change rule of the management theory in the condition of the different humanity hypothesis is to offer the guiding principles to establish the management modle which is suitable for China's economic and social development.
