消痤方治疗寻常痤疮的临床观察

目的:观察消痤方合用阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效.方法:将133例寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组53例.治疗组内服中药消痤方联合外用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶;对照组单纯外用0.03%维A酸霜.观察两组治疗8周后皮损减少的百分率、治疗有效率、不良反应发生率.结果:治疗组总皮损均数(个)、炎性皮损均数、非炎性皮损均数分别减少了82.7%、81.0%、84.3%;对照组总皮损均数(个)、炎性皮损均数、非炎性皮损均数分别减少了60.5%、59.1%、61.9%;两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗有效率为85.0%,对照组治疗有效率为69.8%,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).治疗组不良反应发生率为27.5%,对照组不良反应发生率为45.3%,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05%).结论:消痤方合用阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常痤疮疗效确切,副作用少,安全性好.
