| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液透析患者的生活质量及其影响因素,为提高患者的生活质量提供依据。方法使用KDQOL-SFTM量表对200例血液透析患者的生活质量及其影响因素进行问卷调查。结果血液透析患者肾脏病和透析相关生活质量、一般健康相关生活质量各维度得分均低于一般人群（P〈0.01）;年龄、婚姻、文化程度、透析年限、医疗费用、家庭支持、血浆白蛋白和心理因素与患者的生活质量显著相关（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论血液透析患者的生活质量总体水平较低,应积极而有针对性地为患者提供护理干预,以改善患者的生活质量。
