杭州天目山“菜单自助式”复合型养老社区设计探索

我国老龄化日趋严重,各地掀起了建设老年社区的热潮。杭州天目山养老社区针对中高档消费能力的老龄人口,利用基地原有的地貌和风景优势,为业主提供多样的居住模式和户型菜单,并通过建筑外部元素(庭院等)、建筑体块高差、以及建筑内部元素(外廊、楼梯、电梯等)加以组合,构筑"菜单自助式"复合型养老社区,提出常规老人住宅、庭院式老人住宅、老人度假屋、老人双联排屋、老人爬坡花园住宅、高层退阶老人住宅六种模式,以最大程度达到适老关怀的目的。

Design Exploration of ＂Buffet-Menu＂ Compound Mode of Aging Community in Tianmu Mountain in Hangzhou

Due to the rising problem of aging, there has become a strong trend of aging community construction. The aging community in Tianmu Mountain in Hangzhou is aiming at the elderly, who has got the middle and higher consumption, utilizing the landform and landscape advantage of the base, providing various types of residential modes and residential unit menu, which combined together through outdoor elements （courtyards）, building elevation difference, and indoor elements （verandahs, stairs, elevators）, constructing the ＂Buffet-Menu＂ compound mode of aging community, putting forward to six residential modes, which are regular aging house, courtyard aging house, aging holiday house, aging double town house, aging climbing garden house, and high-rise aging, backing-house, in order to take care of the aging in the most.
