| 摘 要： | 可靠性预计是电子产品可靠性从定性分析转入定量分析的关键,是确保电子产品满足可靠性指标要求必不可少的技术手段。从电子产品可靠性预计的概念、可靠性预计的基本过程及可靠性预计的主要方法三个方面对电子产品可靠性预计作了概述和分析。并在此基础上提出了可靠性预计方法所面临的问题和未来的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Reliability prediction is the key for electronic product to make qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis. It is the essential technique for electronic product to fill reliability index. This paper made the overview and analysis of reliability prediction for electronic product from three aspects-the concept of reliability prediction, the basic process of reliability prediction and the main method of reliability prediction. In addition, it proposed the problem and the development trend of reliability prediction method on the basic. |
