摘    要:从人参种植基地土壤中筛选、分离得到一株霉菌A1。以模拟淀粉废水作为处理对象,考察各种因素对A1菌去除废水中COD的影响作用,实验结果表明:不经灭菌的模拟废水中接种霉菌A1,在30℃,摇床转速160r/min,初始pH值为中性条件下培养5d,处理净化后废水COD去除率可达97.5%。

Abstract:A strain of mildew named A1 was isolated from Ginseng planting base.Factors that affected the treating COD in simulated starch wastewater were studied by experiment.Results showed that COD removal rate of simulated starch wastewater can reach 97.5% under the optimal treatment conditions of temperature 30℃ ,initial pH value 6.6 ~7.0 when mildew was inoculated into non-sterilized wastewater and was shaken at 160r/min in a rotary shaker for 5days.
