| 摘 要： | 以甲醇-氨溶液为溶剂,采用卡尔-费休滴定法快速测定新药奥柳氮锌中的水分,水分平均含量为10．89%,RSD=0．30%。该法适用于类似有机金属药物和精细石油化工产品中水分的测定。

| Abstract: | Karl Fischer titration was used to determine the water in olsalazine zinc,using methanol- ammonia as the solvent.The average values of the water content was determined to be 10.89% with RSD=0.30%.The method was shown to be accurate and rapid and may be useful in the determina- tion of water content in the similar organic metal medicine,specialty and fine petrochemicals. |
