Abstract:An implementation scheme of non-contact,infrared,bidirectional,signal transmission system for rotary machines is introduced.By synthesising a bit synchronization receiving circuit of rate at 2 Mbit/s inside the FPGA,the data receiving and storage are fulfilled from rotary side by FIR transmission stably and reliably.Then the data are sent to application program through PCI interface where it can be analyzed and displayed in real time.Furthermore,the application program can also send operation commands and data to control the actuator(driving element)on the rotary machine according to the analysis result.The signal transmission experiments are carried out under the case while the rotor is not rotated and the experiments show that the non-contact signal transmission is reliable and yields few errors.
