摘    要:以机电混合模拟技术为理论基础1],分析建立了汽车运动惯量和道路制动力台架电模拟数学模型,以LabVIEW软件为平台,运用动态链接库技术,建立了新型的ABS试验台。该试验台通过计算机技术对车轮制动过程进行实时测控。试验结果表明:试验台能较好地模拟车辆在不同路面下的制动情况,为ABS性能测试分析提供了较好的手段。

Abstract:According to the mechanism-electronics hybrid simulation technology,analyze and establish the vehicle motion inertia and electrical simulation mathematical model of the road braking force bench,applying DLL technique,new type ABS system is designed with LabVIEW as a platform.The test-bed through the use of computer real-time monitering techology to control wheel braking process,the results show that it can simulate more accurately when braking on different road condition.
