| 摘 要： | 托圈是转炉承力的关键部件，其承载能力直接影响着炼钢生产的安全。针对某炼钢厂因漏钢致使1台转炉托圈损伤的具体情况，提出修复方案并予以实施。对修复后的托圈进行了应力测试。实测结果表明，该转炉托圈损伤修复后具有足够的强度，能够保证转炉的安全生产。

| Abstract: | The supporting ring of converter is a key component, whose bearing capacity is closely related to the safety of the converter operation. A repair plan was proposed and implemented for the damage caused by steel leakage to a converter supporting ring in a steel-making plant. The testing shows that the supporting ring has enough strength after being repaired. |
