浅论《太阳城》的优生优育思想

提高人口素质可极大地促进生产力的发展,提供高素质的人才队伍,提高国际竞争力,可有效控制人口增长。提高人口素质的途径与方法一靠优生、二靠优育,而三百多年前意大利的托马斯.康帕内拉在《太阳城》中所阐述的优育思想对今天构建社会主义和谐社会,落实科学发展观,提高人口素质具有一定的现实意义。

A Brief Comment on the Idea of Healthy Birth and Superior Upbringing in Civitas Solis

The improvement of population is essential to promoted productivity.So the build of high-quality personnel,and the promotion of international competence ability are largely depend on the effective control of population growth.Three hundreds years ago Tommaso Campanella,an Italian Philosopher,stated his ideas about ways to improve the quality of population in his famous work Civitas Solis,i.e.to give birth to healthy baby and to provide baby the best care and education,which are still of great practical significance to construct socialism harmonious society,to carry out the concept of scientific development,and to improve the quality of population in modern society.
