大学生甲型H1N1流感知识、态度和行为调查分析

目的了解大学生对甲流防控的知识、态度和行为以及获得相关信息的主要途径,为大学校园防控甲型H1N1流感等传染病提供参考。方法按年级、学科进行分层整群抽样。结果大学生对甲型H1N1流感防控信息的关注率达97%。防控知识知晓率位于前3位的分别是:房间多通风换气(92.56%)、不去人群拥挤的地方(90.41%)和勤洗手(85.29%),防控行为执行率位于前3位的是:勤洗手(81.98%)、"房间通风换气(80.25%)、不去人群拥挤的地方(74.54%),而"咳嗽打喷嚏用纸巾掩口鼻"的知晓率只有73.97%,其执行率仅有54.79%。77.27%的学生通过互联网获取甲型H1N1流感相关信息。结论大学生普遍关注甲型H1N1流感,但对其防控措施的知晓率及执行率还有待提高。充分发挥医学生的行为示范和带动作用,同时建立健康教育小组,将有助于增强校园甲型H1N1流感防控效果。

Questionnaire Survey and Analysis on KAP of Influenza A(H1N1)among College Students

Objective To provide the evidence-based recommendations to the university students on the strategies for reducing the impacts of H1N1 influenza pandemic on campus and investigate the knowledge,attitudes and behaviors of college students on the prevention and control of H1N1 influenza pandemic.Methods A stratified population sample survey was performed based on grades and majors.Results More than 97% of university students paid attention to the prevention and control of H1N1 Influenza.The top three knowledge awarenesses in the prevention and control were ventilate the room(92.56 %),not to crowded places(90.41%),and wash their hands(85.29%).The implementation rate in the top three acts were the 'wash their hands(81.98%),ventilating the room(80.25%),and not to crowded places(74.54%).However,the awareness rate of 'covering mouth and nose with tissues during their coughing and sneezing' was only 73.97%.Its implementation rate was only 54.79%.Internet was the most important access for students(77.27%)getting the related information of influenza A(H1N1).Conclusion College students had good knowledge of H1N1 influenza and their behavior contributed to the of publication of the knowledge on prevention and control of influenza A.Giving full plays to medical students on demonstrating and providing impetus in the air pestilence such as influenza A and establishing health education groups could strengthen the prevention and control of influenza A on campus and in community.
