| 摘 要： | 传统的离心分离器、丝网分离器等一般按最大负荷设计,不具备调节作用。而化工企业因受原材料供应、市场需求的变化及可能的设备故障等因素影响,生产负荷可能经常性地发生较大的变化,难以达到最佳分离效果。对分离器进行改造,由原来不可调节的结构改造成可调节结构,并且采用计算机自动控制系统进行控制,可以大大提高在负荷变化情况下的分离效果,降低消耗与生产成本。 |

| Abstract: | Conventional centrifugal and screen separators are generally designed according to maximum load.Its separation abilities are unchangeable,but the load fluctuation is frequently faced in chemical enterprises due to raw materials supply and market changes and possible equipment failures and so on.So transforming the conventional separators into adjustable one through structure redesign and employed with PC based automatic control are needed,that can raise the separation effects with variable loads,reducing production costs. |
