| 摘 要： | 目的：女贞子多糖的提取工艺研究。方法：以多糖为评价指标,采用正交试验优化超声波提取工艺,用分光光度法进行测定。结果：选取在功率80%条件下,超声提取25min,用5倍的溶媒提取1次为最佳工艺条件。结论：超声提取的提取率提高了约1.4倍,超声波的功率对提取率的影响最大,溶媒用量次之。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the extraction process of polysaccharide from ligustrum lucidum.Methods：With polysaccharide as the evaluation index,using orthogonal optimization of ultrasonic extraction process,were determined by spec trophotometry.Results：Selected in the power of 80% of the conditions,the ultrasonic extraction 25 min,with 5 times the solvent extraction time was the best process conditions.Conclusion：The yield of ultrasonic extraction is higher about 1.4 fold than that of solvent extraction,and the most important factors for ultrasonic extraction are ultrasonic power and solvent usage. |
