女贞子多糖的超声波提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:女贞子多糖的提取工艺研究。方法:以多糖为评价指标,采用正交试验优化超声波提取工艺,用分光光度法进行测定。结果:选取在功率80%条件下,超声提取25min,用5倍的溶媒提取1次为最佳工艺条件。结论:超声提取的提取率提高了约1.4倍,超声波的功率对提取率的影响最大,溶媒用量次之。

Abstract:Objective:To study the extraction process of polysaccharide from ligustrum lucidum.Methods:With polysaccharide as the evaluation index,using orthogonal optimization of ultrasonic extraction process,were determined by spec trophotometry.Results:Selected in the power of 80% of the conditions,the ultrasonic extraction 25 min,with 5 times the solvent extraction time was the best process conditions.Conclusion:The yield of ultrasonic extraction is higher about 1.4 fold than that of solvent extraction,and the most important factors for ultrasonic extraction are ultrasonic power and solvent usage.
