| Abstract: | This paper demonstracts theoretically the productivity increasing and power consumption reducing from compersating the reactive power on the spot for electric smelting furnace busbar and points out the relative technical problems to pay attention. The characterstics of the compensating equipment from the China metallurgical equipment Co. are also described. |
