| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宁夏地区回族与汉族前列腺疾病患者前列腺特异抗原（PSA）、前列腺特异抗原密度（PS-AD）和前列腺体积（PV）水平的差异性。方法检测宁夏地区回族与汉族病人前列腺疾病患者血清游离前列腺特异抗原（F-PSA）和血清总前列腺特异抗原（T-PSA）水平及其比值（F/T）、前列腺体积（PV）、前列腺特异抗原密度（PSAD）,对数据进行统计分析。结果 PCa和BPH组回族与汉族患者T-PSA水平均有统计学意义（t=3.199、2.762,P〈0.05）,回族患者T-PSA略高于汉族,民族间PSAD和F/T差异无统计学意义。结论回、汉两民族间血清PSA系列水平及PV测定有统计学意义,T-PSA、PSAD与F/T联合检测更有助于患者前列腺疾病的诊断及前列腺良恶性的鉴别。
