| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨消化道动脉性出血的介入性诊治方法和诊疗价值。方法 选择性腹腔动脉、肠系膜上放肠系膜下动脉造影，发现出血动脉后，再行超选择插管，然后经导管灌注血管加压素或用明胶海绵等进行栓塞治疗。结果 27例中25例发现出血灶，2例阴性，诊断率92．6％。23例进行了介入治疗，止血总有效率91％（21／23）。结论 对消化道动脉性出血，选择性血管造影是最确切的诊断手段，介入疗法具有独特的治疗价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the methods and value of interventional diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal arterial bleeding. Methods Select angiography of the coeliaca artery, mesenterica superior artery and mesenterica inferior artery, and then to treat with vascopressin or embolizing gelfoam through catheter. Results In 27 patients 25 were found bleeding and 2 were negative, the accuracy in diagnosis being 92.6%. 23 patients were treated with intervention, and the general effective rate was 91% (21/23). Conclusion To select angiography is the most exact diagnosic method for gastrointestional arteral bleeding, and interveional treatment has special treating value. |
