摘    要:油罐清洗机器人融合了移动技术、控制技术、清洗技术和资源化处理技术,是特种机器人的一种,具有很好的经济性和社会效益。从国内外研究现状出发,分析了油罐清洗机器人的清洗特点,并与国内外清洗系统做简单比较,凸显了油罐机器人开发的必要性、实用性和紧迫性;最后,总结了在油罐清洗机器人的几个技术难点,并提出了油罐清洗机器人近期发展中的特点和研究方向。

Abstract:Oil tank cleaning robot is a kind of special robot, who has the technology of moving, control,cleaning and melting process, and also has the very good economic and social benefits. The research present situation, the cleaning characteristics of oil tank cleaning robot are analyzed, and are simply compared with domestic and international cleaning system, the necessity of development of oil tank robot, practicability and urgency are put forward. Finally, the several technical problems of oil tank cleaning robot are summarized, and the oil tank cleaning robot in the development of the recent characteristics and research direction are put forward.
