两种途径米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产的研究

目的 :探讨米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产的最佳用药途径。方法 :足月妊娠134例用米索前列醇引产 ,口服组 (A组 ) 69例 ,经阴道组 (B组 ) 65例 ,第 1天上午 9时、下午 3时分别口服或阴道放置米索前列醇 50mg ,未临产者第 2天上午 7时、11时 ,下午 3时重复用药 ,比较两组引产成功率、急产率、胎儿宫内窘迫率、新生儿窒息率及产后出血率。结果 :(1)两组引产成功率分别为 95.7%和 96.9% (P >0 .0 5) ;(2 )急产发生率A组为 2 .9% ,B组为 13.8% (P <0 .0 5) (3)胎儿宫内窘迫A组发生率为 2 .6% ,B组为 13.4 % (P <0 .0 5) ;(4)两组均未发生新生儿窒息及产后大出血。结论 :米索前列醇 50mg口服用于足月妊娠引产安全、有效、方便

Two kinds of induced labor method i n uterogestation by misoprostol.

Objective:To explore the best induced labor method in uterogestation by misoprostol. Methods:Uterogestation 134 cases induced labor by misoprostol.Misoprostol 50μg by oral (A guoup)69 cases,by transvaginal (B group)65 cases at 9Am,3Pm in the first day,at 7Am,11Am,3Pm in the second day.Compared the two methods with i n duced labor success rate,precipitate labor rate,intreuterine asphyxia rate,neona tal asphyxia rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate.Results:(1)Indu ced labor success rate in A group and B group is 95.7％ and 96.9％ respectively( P＞0.05);(2)Precipitate labor rate,compared with B group 13.8％,A gr oup 2.9％(P＜0.05);(3)Interuterine asphyxia rate A group is 2.6% B g roup is 13.4%(P＜0.05);(4)Neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrha ge didn't occured in two groups. Conclusions:Induced labor in uterogestation with misoprostol 50 μg by oral is a kind of safe,effective and convenient method.
