| 摘 要： | 以端羟基聚丁二烯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、绢云母粉以及有关配合剂为原料,制备了双组分的聚氨酯涂料,添加了空心玻璃微粉作为添加剂,对空心玻璃微粉的含量和粒度对性能的影响进行了试验,对优选出的配方进行了老化试验。结果表明,适当地添加TK10或TK35空心微粉可以提高涂料与金属的黏结强度、耐酸碱腐蚀、热老化和耐水性能,改善外观、色彩和工艺性能。

| Abstract: | Two -pack PU paint is prepared with h ydroxyl terminated polybutadiene(HTPB),diisocynate(TDI ),silky mica,hollow powder of glass an d other additive agents.The influen ce of amount and particle size of hollow glass -powder on the performance of paint is tested.The optimized formulation i s commented by ageing test.The resul t shows that reasonable amount of TK10or TK35could increase the adhesion between paint film and metal substrate,acid and alkali resistance,heat -ageing resistance and water resistance;impro ve film appearance,film color and ap plication process. |
