| 摘 要： | 探讨大学生健康人群中的体质类型及其舌质表现规律,调查发现研究对象中淡红舌占研究整体的81.9%,且男生较女生更为常见,两组呈明显差异(P<0.05);齿痕舌、瘦薄舌、胖大舌等占较大比例,尤其以齿痕舌最为普遍,占调查对象总数的19.6%。在齿痕舌中,男生占10.5%,女生占24.9%,二组呈显著性差异(P<0.01)。齿痕舌多表现为平和质,且男生还多表现为气虚质、痰湿质,女生多气郁质、阳虚质、气虚质、湿热质。结果提示:(1)在校学生中男生体质相对较好;(2)男生中,齿痕舌与气血两虚和水湿内停有一定关系;(3)女生中,齿痕舌与气郁水停、阳虚水停、湿热交阻均有关系。
