| 摘 要： | 目的:从代谢综合征的中医认识入手分析中医证侯及与胰岛素抵抗关系,并进行总结,为今后的进一步深入研究提供思路。方法:查阅1979-2010年有关代谢综合征中医分型及与胰岛素抵抗相关的137篇中医文献,按统计结果列出出现次数比较多的证型,并对各证型出现的临床指标频次等进行数据统计。结论:代谢综合征主要累及肝脾肾三脏,早期以气阴两虚多见,中期以痰湿壅盛多见,后期以阴阳两虚多见。而脂质代谢异常多发生在痰浊阻遏证和痰湿壅盛证,以痰浊阻遏证更为显著,体重指数异常以痰瘀互结证为主;脂联素异常以瘀血阻络证为主;血压异常以肝火上亢为多见。
