| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨冠心病患者中医体质类型特点。方法:对500例冠心病患者采用中医体质问卷进行中医体质调查,并对其进行体质分型。结果:平和质5例,占总病例数的1.0%;病理体质者495例,占总病例数的99.0%。病理体质患者中,瘀血质出现频率最高,其他依次为气虚质、痰湿质、阳虚质、湿热质、阴虚质、气郁质。结论:兼杂体质是冠心病患者的病理体质特点,常见体质类型为瘀血质、气虚质和痰湿质,有心梗病史冠心病患者的体质类型以瘀血质和痰湿质多见。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the characteristics of Chinese medical constitution of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Constitution questionnaires were used to survey 500 patients with coronary heart disease,and to identify the patients'constitution.Results:In 500 CHD cases,5 cases(1.0%) were of physiological constitution and 495 cases(99.0%) were of pathological constitution;The pathological constitutional types with CHD patients are mostly stasis of blood constitution,and Qi deficiency Constitution... |
