| 摘 要： | 目的:筛选栀子豉汤抗抑郁症的有效部位。方法:对SD大鼠进行未知刺激制作抑郁症模型,以大鼠体重变化和血液中多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量为检测指标,以氟西汀为阳性对照,对栀子豉汤中挥发油、总多糖、异黄酮和总环烯醚萜苷四个部位进行筛选。结果:栀子豉汤中挥发油、环烯醚萜苷可明显降低大鼠体重变化(P<0.05),升高抑郁大鼠血中多巴胺、5-羟色胺的含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:确定挥发油和环烯醚萜苷部位为桅子豉汤抗抑郁有效部位。
