| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同中医证型反流性食管炎与食管黏膜内镜分级的关系。方法:对1785例反流性食管炎患者的进行中医分型,分为肝胃郁热、脾胃虚弱、气郁痰阻3型。观察和分析反流性食管炎患者的内镜检出率,与性别、年龄分布以及不同中医证型反流性食管炎与食管黏膜内镜分级的关系。结果:反流性食管炎的检出率为9.7%,男女性别比为1.06∶1。随着年龄增长,反流性食管炎检出率逐步升高,且病变程度呈加重的趋势。反流性食管炎内镜分级以A、B级为主。不同中医证型反流性食管炎的食管黏膜内镜严重程度存在着明显的差异,而且肝胃郁热证>脾胃虚弱证>气郁痰阻。结论:不同中医证型反流性食管炎与食管黏膜内镜分级存在明显的关系。
