摘    要:造成水泥搅拌桩复合地基沉降过大、沉降不均等问题的主要因素有面积置换率、桩长和桩体强度三个方面,应根据实际情况选取合适的面积置换率和水泥掺入比,适当增加桩长能有效控制复合地基的沉降。地基设计时应同时满足承载力和沉降要求,并应以沉降控制为主。

Abstract:The main factors are the area replacement rate, pile length and pile strength, which are resulted from that the composite foundation settlement is large enough and uneven. The settlement of the composite foundation can effectively controlled by selecting the suitable area replacement rate, the cement mix proportion and suitable pile length according to the actual conditions.The bearing capacity and settlement requirements can be met with the foundation design at the same time. And the settlement control is the dominant.
