基于ANSYS的预应力混凝土空心板梁单元挠度与固有频率的研究

摘    要:以实桥作为分析模型,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立预应力混凝土空心板梁单元的有限元模型。分别采用实体单元和杆单元模拟梁和预应力筋,有效地模拟预应力效应。采用APDL语言进行参数化设计,计算了空心板梁单元在自重作用下的变形与应力,并且进行了梁单元动力性能分析;分别建立了在预应力筋的布置形式、预应力筋分布形式不同情况下梁单元挠度和固有频率与预应力大小的关系曲线,从关系曲线可知预应力筋布置形式及分布形式对梁单元挠度有很大影响,而对固有频率影响不大。

Finite element analysis and research of static and dynamic properties of pre-stress hollow-plate beam

Abstract:With actual bridge as the analysis model, the finite element model of prestressed concrete slabs unit was established by the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Beam and pre-stress reinforcement were simulated by Solid and Link elements and it was effective for simulation of pre-stress. The ANSYS parametric design language (APDL) was used for the calculation of deformation and stress under gravity. The modal analysis was carried out at the same time. Consideration of beam deflection and natural frequency under the effects by the different of the pres- tressed, the arrangement of prestressed reinforcement, prestressed tendons form, which give some advice to the design of the prestressed concrete structure and some reference of the further study on prestressing loss.
