问题带教法在临床教学中的实施

摘    要:目的:转变以"教师为中心"的带教模式,探索有效的临床带教方法.方法:2006年学年护生47人为实验组,该组护生在我科实习期间采用问题带教法.2005年学年护生45人为对照组,该组护生在我科实习期间采用传统模式带教方法.结果:实验组在理论考试、综合素质考核等方面成绩明显优于对照组,P<0.05.结论:问题带教法使护生综合素质得到提高,使学生更全面掌握专科知识,有利于临床教学质量的提高.

Abstract:Objective: We would like to alter the teaching way of "Only for Teaching"and searched for another effective way in linical teaching.Method: During academic year of 2006,there were 47 students as experimental group were trained with the way of "Teaching for Question"in our department;During academic year of 2005,there were 45 students as control group were trained with the way of conventional teaching way in our department.Result: Experimental group was excelled control group obviously both in theoretical test and comprehensive capability,P<0.05.Conclusion: The teaching way of"Teaching for Question"could enhance comprehensive capability of students,reinforce them learning more professional knowledgw and facilitate clinical teaching.
