各持己见——论儿童颅脑外伤诊断研究

2009年10月3日出版的《柳叶刀》（Lancet）杂志上刊载了一篇多中心、前瞻性、队列研究，题目为“识别低风险儿童颅脑外伤”。文章的作者根据语言能力和年龄不同，将所收集的病例分为2岁以下和2—18岁两组，并分别得到不同年龄组中诊断低风险颅脑外伤的标准。然而，作者在选择指标、年龄分组和研究方法等方面存在许多不足。针对这些问题，我们提出了不同见解。所撰写的correspondence和作者的回复于2010年1月发表在《Lancet）杂志上。

Different opinions on diagnosis of traumatic brain injury in children

A multicenter, prospective, cohort study entitled ＂Identification of children at very low risk of clinically-important brain injuries after head trauma＂ was published in ＂Lancet＂ on October 3, 2009. According to age and language performance, patients enrolled in this study were divided into group one （younger than two years old） and group two （two years and older）. Authors of this article obtained the standards of identifying children at very low risk of traumatic brain injury in different groups. However, there were many deficits in selection of indicators, group of age and method of study. Thus, we raised some different points on these deficits. The correspondence we wrote and the authors＇ response were published in ＂Lancet＂ on January, 2010.
